3M VHB Double-Sided Tape — Precision Kite Seam Tape
The same double-sided tape used on Jones Airfoils kites. 3M VHB (Very High Bond) is a step above standard seamstick — a structural-grade acrylic foam tape that creates ultra-strong, precision seams in kite sail panels, laminate repairs, and fabric-to-frame bonds. Where seamstick holds, VHB locks. Requires a temperature-controlled iron for activation. Sold by the roll in two widths.
